Payment Methods ------
We accept Paypal accounts and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) as our primary payment methods. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted however, this may cause about 10 days delay of delivery because shipping will be made only after the payment is processed and confirmed.
Shipping Policy ------
Merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days via the UPS, the FedEx or the USPS after order is confirmed. The Shipping cost listed is only for the contiguous 48 United States and is not refundable. We do not ship to APO, FPO, P.O. BOX or non US address. We ship only to the address which is confirmed by your credit card company. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, you may need to send us a Personal Check or Postal Money Order instead of paying us via PayPal. Combined shipping is not available for some items. If your order contains two or more different items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days. Tracking numbers will be sent after shipping is made.
Return & Exchange ------
Return & exchange are accepted within 7 days after delivery only if the merchandise is in original unused condition and original packing material. Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling fee. Re-stocking fee(15% of item cost) is required. Refund will be made in 2 weeks after the returning merchandise is received and inspected. Contact us before return for a Return(Exchange) Authorization Number.
